Roo

Roo loves her new Grandma and Pop Pop. She gets so excited when we say we’re going to see them in the morning. When we don’t go to my parents’ house we tend to spend a good chunk of the day at the dog park. She’s got a lot of friends there but her best friend there is a poodle named Tippy. They love chasing each other around. The funny thing is that Roo is like the doggie momma there. When dogs start getting into it with each other, she runs up and barks at them until they stop. She really doesn’t like to see fighting. Roo also did her first 5K a couple of weeks ago. We’ve been working up to it since she got here. She really likes to run if someone will run with her. She’s even pretty good at drinking out of a water bottle on the go now. At the end of the 5K she still had lots of energy, so now we’re training her for a 10K.
