Meet Quinn, a 3 year old English Bulldog. She has had a rough start to life, she grew up in a puppy mill making babies. So the typical dog life is all very new to her. Even though she had a rough start, she is crate trained and house broken. She does well with cats and absolutely loves other dogs and can become quite playful with them. She currently will need socialized because men can be a little intimidating to her. She does warm up to men, but they will need to go slow and be willing to work with her. Her crate makes her feel very safe, but once she gets used to you she slowly will socialize with you more frequently. She doesn't understand toys, but is slowly starting to and loves to carry them around with her. She will do best with another dog companion to be able to bring her out of her shell. She has quite the adorable under bite that she would love to show off to her new furever home!

Application Fees, Adoption Donations and Rescue Policy: Please know that 100% of our funds are used for rescuing the dogs.

Our rescue policy requires the following:

• Adopters must have their primary residence in one of the following states: Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, and parts of North Carolina.
• Applications for giant breed dogs must be submitted by the property owner.
• Homes with children under 6 years of age will not be approved for adoption.
• Homes with children should have a fenced yard.
• Pets currently in the applicant's home must have a history of appropriate veterinary care. Veterinary records will be checked.
• All references must be checked before any visitation of the dog is permitted at the foster home.
• All family members must be present during the home visit to the applicant's home.
• Any dog(s) in the applicant's home must have an introductory meeting with the rescue dog being considered, before any adoption can be completed.
