SEE Goodwins before and after pics ! Hi...my name is Goodwin. I know I am so cute now, but  I was the most pathetic looking little guy my foster mom ever saw.  I was bald and covered with scaly hard dry skin, that flaked off in chunks. I had infected sores all over my body from scratching and chewing on my poor painful skin. My eyes were goopy and plastered shut from gunk, and I was so skinny, you could see and feel my ribs. The Drs put me on several meds, to clear up my infections, and the blood work showed I have an under active thyroid. I will have to be on thyroid pills the rest of my life, but they are not expensive.

 My foster mom gave me baths every day with medicated stuff that made my skin feel better and she massaged ointment into my skin that made the dry skin go away. I was so sick all I did was sleep. Now, I run outside to go potty - I don't have accidents in the house, because I know where to go potty. I love to walk around the yard and sniff everything. I get so excited when I see my foster mom I run to her and let her pet my head. I love getting my head rubbed and my belly scratched.  I also really like the other dogs.  My hair is growing in and I am soft and silky and will be even more adorable as it grows. I love to go for walks and walk nicely on a leash. I am sweet and snuggly and love to sit beside my foster mom and just snuggle.
